We're pleased to announce the launch of Background-Check.com, our new criminal records platform and a sister site to Search Systems. The background check service previously offered on searchsystems.net has been retired, and all service has moved here.
As a valued returning customer, your account has been created on the new site using your existing information for a smooth transition. Your existing login credentials from searchsystems.net will continue to work on Background-Check.com — no new password setup required. For security, you will be asked to re-enter your credit card information the first time you run a search on the new platform.
Background-Check.com is part of the same family of services as Search Systems, but as a dedicated background check platform it's separate from our public records directory. This lets us offer a simpler, more focused search experience while building a stronger foundation for future improvements and expanded coverage.
Your preferred rate of $14.95 has been carried over to your new account. The standard price on the new site is $19.95, but your preferred pricing reflects our appreciation for your continued business — you'll continue to be charged $14.95 per search as usual.
Additional search coverage and options will be added over time. As new coverage becomes available, you'll be notified and can choose those options separately or add them to your nationwide search. For now, there is no change to your current service other than a stronger, more robust platform.
Because this is a brand-new launch, there may be occasional issues as we continue refining the site. If you notice anything that doesn't look right, please let us know. We appreciate your patience and apologize in advance for any temporary bugs or inconveniences.
