Name Fields

• Last Name:
  Must be entered exactly as it is. No variations are accepted.

• First Name:
  Also requires an exact input. However, the system will automatically search for common variations of the first name.

  Example:

  Name Input	Names in Results
  Steven	Steve, Stevie, Stephan, Stefano, etc.

• Do not include suffixes such as Jr., Sr., Junior, Senior, III, IV, Esq., etc.

Date of Birth (DOB)

• Enter the exact date of birth (Month, Day, Year).

• The system will search for the exact DOB and also includes a ±3-year range for the birth year.

  Example:
  If you enter November 22, 1990, the system will also search for:
  November 22, 1987 – November 22, 1993

Middle Initial (Optional)

• If you provide a middle initial, the search will include results where:

  • The middle name starts with the letter you entered.

  • The middle name is missing in the database.

  • There is a match on the exact initial.

  Example: Search for "Emily Grant"
